How long will it take to clean my office? Depending on the size of your office or other facility, our recurring cleaning should take on average between two and three hours and our Deep Clean between three and four.
Do I need to prepare my office to be cleaned? We would appreciate if any clutter is removed prior to our arrival so we can give you the best possible clean. Unless otherwise told, we clean all offices and common areas. If you would prefer us to not clean a specific room, please leave special instructions.
Do I need to be at the office during the cleaning? Most people prefer to have us arrive and clean during their working hours. If your scheduled appointment falls on a time where your business is open, that is perfectly fine!
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment? We understand that sometimes sudden situations may present themselves. We just ask that you give us 24 hours notice that you will need to reschedule and we will be happy to accommodate you. If 24 hours notice is not given, The Cleaner Guys reserve the right to charge the full price of the clean, and at minimum a cancellation fee of at least $75 will apply.
What happens if the cleaners are locked out? We will attempt to call the contact numbers on file and wait 15 minutes as a courtesy. The first time will be free of charge, but any future lockouts will be considered a cancellation and result in a $75 cancellation fee at minimum. We will make every effort to reach you in the case of a lockout to avert any cancellation fees.
What forms of payment do we accept? We accept cash, checks or debit/credit card. If you pay by cash or check, please let us know where you will be leaving the payment. Checks can be made out to: The Cleaner Guys LLC.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment? We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. Every cleaning supply and machine we use is, of course, environmentally-friendly as always! Due to the various sizes of wastebaskets that may be in your home, we ask that you please provide the cleaners with your specific trash liners.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my cleaning appointment? Safety for our cleaners is always a priority. If we deem the conditions are not safe to drive to your location, we will contact you within 24 hours to reschedule your appointment at your convenience. During the winter months, we do ask that your walkway and stairs are cleared of snow and ice for the safety of our team.
If I have a pet and I’m not home, what do I do? Many of the homes we clean have pets. We love and welcome all cats, dogs and other animals as long as they welcome us too! If you feel your pet may become uncomfortable with us in your home, we ask that you please make proper arrangements for your pet before our arrival.
How many cleaners will be cleaning my office? That all depends on the size of your office and the amount of care it may need. Usually there are two cleaners per business, but in some cases, we may have three.
Will my satisfaction be guaranteed? Absolutely. We pride ourselves in making sure we give you the best possible clean, every clean. If you are not 100% satisfied, call or email us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and we will come back and re-clean the specific area.
How do I know I can trust a Cleaner Guy? The Cleaner Guys are fully insured and bonded. Our employees go through a thorough background check, and we only hire people with a passion for what they do. We treat your business as if it were our own, and are always meticulous in every clean, every time!
What holidays do you observe? We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
